Why to get tested?
To identify if an organism is motile or non motile. When to get tested?
When there is consistent diarrhoea, cholera
What sample needed?
5 mL (3 mL min.) stool in a leak-proof screw capped container. Specimen must reach LPL within 1 hour of collection at room temperature.
